Employees from the restaurant attended the sumptuous gala dinner on the 15th April where the winning restaurants were announced. Staff members including Assistant Manager Tracie Vine and waitresses Abby Guilding and Louise Walsh were delighted to accept this award at the dinner as well as the Bronze award for Best Large Restaurant of the Year.
The highly esteemed award, sponsored by the Cheshire West and Chester council, is voted for by the public and key members of the food and drink industry.
General Manager, Barry Rawlinson, comments: "The whole team are absolutely delighted to win the 'Excellence in Customer Care' award as though we already pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly experience for all our customers it is fantastic to have this recognised by the biggest North West food festival.
"I'm very proud of all our employees and know they were stunned to win the award at the gala dinner as it means so much to all of us. It already has pride of place at our Front of House desk!"
